Built on a verified foundation
DV Data Centers operates enterprise compute infrastructure with a track record that starts long before we arrived — and a roadmap built for what AI demands next.
Data Vault Ventures. Enterprise infrastructure, built for the AI era.
DV Data Centers is the operating brand of Data Vault Ventures LLC — a company focused on deploying high-density, modular compute capacity to enterprise AI operators, hyperscalers, and institutional researchers.
We are not a startup building from scratch. We operate a real, proven site with documented uptime, established utility relationships, and a verified history as enterprise-grade infrastructure. Our model gives compute buyers what they actually need: credible infrastructure, private tenancy, and a clear path to scale.
A facility with enterprise credentials
The Longmont site has operated continuously as enterprise compute infrastructure for over seven years — long before the AI compute boom created demand for exactly what it provides.
Microsoft Bing Maps Acquisition
The 250 Disc Drive site was established as the operational home for Microsoft Bing Maps' compute infrastructure. Enterprise-grade design, redundant systems, and modular architecture built to Microsoft's standards.
Uber Compute Operations
Site transitioned to Uber's compute team for offline AI/ML processing workloads. Continued operations validated the infrastructure's reliability for production enterprise use at scale.
Infrastructure Evaluation & Upgrade
Comprehensive site survey, electrical planning, and utility coordination conducted. Longmont Power transformer and distribution upgrades documented. Path to 5MW established.
DV Data Centers — Now Operational
Data Vault Ventures activates the site for enterprise GPU and data center capacity leasing. H200 and B200 compute deployments now available to qualified buyers.
Most alternative compute providers are standing up greenfield infrastructure with no track record. Our site has operated at enterprise scale since 2018 — through Microsoft and Uber tenancies — with documented uptime and utility history. For buyers performing technical diligence, that distinction is significant.
- 3.5MW operational power
- 220 rack positions
- H100, H200, B200, B300 GPU support
- Site documentation package under NDA
- Dedicated account management
Longmont, Colorado
Strategic positioning in the Front Range tech corridor — strong fiber infrastructure, favorable climate for cooling efficiency, and proximity to Denver's enterprise and AI ecosystem.
Climate Advantage
Colorado's dry, high-altitude climate reduces cooling overhead and improves PUE efficiency compared to coastal or southern U.S. sites.
Established Utility
Longmont Power & Communications is a municipal utility with an established transformer and distribution relationship at the site — no greenfield utility negotiation required.
Fiber Connectivity
Regional fiber access with proximity to the Denver tech corridor's primary interconnects. Connectivity options available for review during technical diligence.
Denver Proximity
30 minutes from Denver's enterprise tech ecosystem. Easy access for team visits, hardware deployments, and on-site meetings.
Room to Grow
Only 1.3 of 8.8 acres currently developed. Remaining land provides a clear runway for modular expansion as capacity needs increase.
Business Environment
Colorado offers a favorable regulatory environment, no state-level export restrictions, and a strong talent pipeline from CU Boulder and CSU.
