From inquiry to deployment in four steps

We've designed the engagement process to match how enterprise buyers actually work — fast initial qualification, transparent documentation, and a clear path to contract and deployment.

1
Step One

Submit Your Request

Tell us your compute requirements using our request form — GPU type and quantity, power needs, desired deployment timeline, and any specific configuration requirements. No commitment required at this stage.

If you're a broker or infrastructure partner submitting on behalf of an end customer, include that context. We have a structured process for multi-party engagements.

What to include: Compute requirements (GPU type, quantity), power needs (kW or MW), deployment timeline, company name and contact, brief description of use case.
2
Step Two

Review & Qualification

Our team reviews every request within 24 hours. We'll confirm capacity availability, discuss configuration options, and provide preliminary pricing and site specifications.

For qualified prospects, we'll prepare a site overview package and initiate NDA execution so we can share full technical documentation, including the site survey and electrical plans.

Timeline: Initial response within 24 hours. NDA typically executed within 48–72 hours of qualification.
3
Step Three

Technical Diligence & Agreement

Under NDA, we provide the complete data room: site survey, electrical plans, utility documentation, operational history, and available configuration specs. Site walkthroughs are available for serious buyers.

Commercial terms are negotiated during this phase. Depending on deal size, this typically progresses through a Letter of Intent (LOI), term sheet, and final site agreement. All signature steps handled via DocuSign.

Typical diligence stage: NDA → Data Room Access → Technical Call → Site Walkthrough (optional) → LOI → Final Agreement.
4
Step Four

Deployment & Ongoing Operations

Once contracts are signed, we coordinate deployment scheduling, hardware provisioning, and connectivity setup with your technical team. Your dedicated account manager oversees the full deployment process.

Post-deployment, your account team remains available for operational support, capacity expansion discussions, and any ongoing needs. Modular expansion can be initiated at any point as your requirements grow.

What you get: Dedicated account manager, operational support, clear escalation paths, and a modular expansion pathway as capacity needs evolve.

Frequently asked questions

What GPU configurations are available?

We support buyer-specified GPU configurations including NVIDIA H100, H200, B200, and B300. H200 and B200 compute deployments are available now. Contact us to discuss your specific requirements.

Is this a shared or dedicated environment?

Private and dedicated. Your resources are not shared with other tenants. All hardware remains provider-owned under a clear site agreement with full chain-of-custody documentation.

What is the minimum commitment?

Minimum commitments vary by deployment type. Contact us to discuss your requirements and we'll outline options that fit your scale and timeline.

Can we visit the site?

Yes. In-person site walkthroughs are available for qualified prospects following NDA execution. The facility is located at 250 Disc Drive, Longmont, CO — 30 minutes from Denver.

Do you work with brokers and partners?

Yes. We have a structured deal registration and commission process for infrastructure brokers and partners. Contact us to discuss our partner engagement framework.

How quickly can capacity be deployed?

Timelines depend on configuration requirements and hardware availability. Our modular architecture supports faster deployment than greenfield builds. Discuss your timeline during initial qualification.
